Your direct bookings keep flowing on launch day

  • Booking engine integrated and tested

  • Rooms, offers and URLs migrated

Nothing guests or Google rely on goes missing, and old links redirect properly.

  • Launch timed around your season

We go live in your quiet period, never the week before peak.

  • Aftercare from day one

We watch bookings closely for the first [30] days and fix anything straight away.

FAQs

Other questions about hotel websites

Will we be able to update rooms, offers and events ourselves?

+

Yes, everything on the site is editable by your team: rooms, rates information, offers, packages, events, menus, images and news. We include training for you and your staff at launch, so you’re confident making changes from day one. If you’d rather not, our support plans mean we can make updates for you whenever you need.

Which booking engines and PMS do you integrate with?

+

We work with all the major booking engines, PMS and channel managers used by UK hotels, including SynXis, SiteMinder, Guestline, Mews, Cloudbeds, Profitroom and more. If yours isn’t listed, we can usually still integrate with it. Just tell us what you use, and we’ll confirm how it will work before you commit.

How do you track bookings made through our booking engine?

+

We set up tracking with Google Tag Manager and GA4, including cross-domain tracking where your booking engine sits on a separate site. That means you can see completed bookings and revenue, where your guests came from, and which of your marketing (search, social, email, paid ads) is actually driving direct bookings. Exactly what we can track depends on how much access your booking engine allows, and we’ll confirm this as part of the project.

Can the site be multilingual for international guests?

+

Yes. We can build your site in as many languages as you need, with a simple language switcher for guests and the right technical set-up so each language version can rank in search in its own market. You can manage translations yourself, or we can help arrange them.

Do you arrange hotel photography and video?

+

We don’t shoot photography or video for website projects in-house, but we work with trusted partners, and we’re just as happy to work with your preferred photographer or videographer. Either way, we’ll advise on the shots the new site needs, so the imagery does your property justice.

Do you work with hotel groups and management companies?

+

Yes. We’ve worked with hotel groups and management companies, including a couple of major UK groups, as well as many independent hotels. For groups, we can build one platform for multiple properties, with each hotel keeping its own character while sharing a consistent brand and a single system to manage.
