Approach
The redesign focused on three things: clarity, imagery, and brand fit. We simplified the navigation so guests, wedding couples and event organisers can find what they need without digging through menus. We gave the photography room to breathe, since a building and setting like this sells itself when it’s shown properly. And we rebuilt the visual identity around the “boutique hotel” positioning Halifax Hall wanted to be known for, something the old site never quite delivered.
Mobile was treated as a priority throughout, not an afterthought, given how many people research and book hotel stays and events on their phones.
Results
The new site is live and already a clear step up, sharper, more on-brand, and far easier to navigate across every device. Early feedback from the Halifax Hall team has been positive, particularly around how much better the site now represents the hotel and its setting. We’re continuing to work with Halifax Hall to track performance and refine the site as more data comes in.
