Ben Walker

As well as Director and owner of Arise, Ben is also a digital marketing specialist overseeing all our projects.
Prior to founding the company back in 2014, Ben has been working in web for over 20 years and completed a degree in Computing, worked at an award-winning design agency, and purchased a social media business.
Ben is also a prolific writer having written articles for publications such as Boagworld, Hotel Owner, Hotel Designs, Boutique Hotelier, Hotel Speak, Luxury Hospitality Magazine and Boutique Hotel News.
When he’s not at work you’ll typically find him at home spending time with the family and playing with his little girl, in the great outdoors, or at church.
Ben is an avid Star Wars fan and once helped a group of Latvians push a coach up a motorway in a blizzard.
Daniel Evison

Daniel is our Head of Digital Marketing at Arise and brings a wealth of experience to the team.
He graduated with a marketing degree in 2017 and has worked in the industry ever since. He’s always had a passion for all things digital and knew it was an industry he could thrive in.
Daniel also loves football (playing & watching), outdoorsy ventures into the peaks, travelling, and is an avid festival goer.
He’s also a twin, and cycled the world’s most dangerous road and survived.
Alex Hollingworth

Alex is Head of Web at Arise, where he leads website projects and manages the majority of client retainer work. He builds and maintains custom WordPress sites, supports clients with their ongoing web needs, and contributes to SEO and the Arise blog. He holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Lincoln and has a background in web development and QA testing. He also has a keen interest in experimenting with web design and code.
Alex built his first website at school so he could play games on the school computers. Outside of work, he has spent six months travelling across Asia, collects vinyl and DJs.

Andy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Arise Team.
30 years of building relationships and account management. Andy is passionate about service and helping businesses grow.
Andy is the Father to his beautiful daughter. He’s a multiple winner in American 9 ball pool and snooker and loves to compete in his free time. When he’s not playing cue sports, he enjoys exploring new cities and indulging in good food and wine.
One of Andy’s favourite expressions is “The harder I work, the luckier I get.” It’s clear that his dedication and hard work have paid off, and we’re thrilled to have him on the Arise Team.

Matheus graduated in Business Administration from Universidade Paranaense in 2009 and earned a Master’s in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Universidade de Coimbra in 2017.
His multidisciplinary background enables a proactive approach to problem-solving. He’s passionate about search marketing and technology and has experience working in the UK, US, and Brazilian markets.
Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, playing the guitar, travelling, and watching football and he’s fluent in three languages!

Frankie Alexander

Frankie graduated from the University of Sheffield with a degree in English Literature in 2021 and is an experienced social media marketer and copywriter specialising in the hospitality industry.
Her role within the Arise Digital Marketing team sits between the Search and Social Media teams, helping our clients grow through both organic and paid channels.
Outside of work, Frankie is an avid reader, craft beer lover and is happiest when at a gig or music festival. She is also passionate about Sheffield’s independent bar and restaurant scene, and is scouting out the best Spicy Margarita the city has to offer.
